If the camera is good then RAM will be low, if ROM is good then processor will be not enough. Either You are really lucky if you got all feature in one phone or you have enough money so as to buy a 40K phone

First Jellybean update then kitkat and Now Lolipop Android versions are updating every year but not every android phone get updates. You have to buy a new phone everytime for a latest android version
